There is no need to feed the powder every time , you don’t have to remove the recovery powder from cyclone’s Bin that’s why you can save your time with continues coating production so you can save gas, electricity and manpower, At least 15% of your production increases and time is also saved a lot.
In this system you can set the fresh powder and used (recovery) powder only once, for example: 70% new and 30% old powder is set, then similarly the used (recovery) powder and Automatic set from fresh powder hopper and powder grazing (sieving) both powder mix goes to same main hopper and both mixed powder goes to automatic and manual gun.

So the finishing of the powder, the gloss level is also the same, the uniform micron of the powder is also the same so there is no rejection. In this system you can set any mixing ratio of fresh & Recovery powder, so you get 100% powder efficiency.
